This is a SHORT course than you can finish in LESS THAN A DAY! You can come back and re-watch the videos to get a refresher as you implement the strategies, which is why you get access to the course for a full 9 months.
If that's not possible, then that's okay too. That's another reason why you get access for 9 months. But, the sooner you finish, the sooner you can start making these strategies your new habits.

⏱ How long will it take to complete the course?
The entire course is about 6.5 hours long. But it’s not a bunch of really long videos! Lessons are broken up into the shortest possible chunks and the video lengths range from about 5 minutes to 30 minutes. Your online course player has speed controls, too! That means you can make the videos play 1.25x or 1.50x faster than the original pace, to finish the course even faster than the original playtime. Nice!

🔢 Do I need to take the lessons in order?
Yes! This masterclass isn't a random set of videos for you to watch--it's a course that goes in a specific order. Each lesson builds on the last, which makes learning both easy and rewarding, as it's clear how the lessons connect to one another. This is why the course is going to be so fast and easy to complete. All you need to do is hop into the course and press play to start watching the videos. This course runs on the honor system, so whenever you're ready you can move onto the next lesson.

👩🏫 How do I get individualized feedback?
There are currently 2 options for getting individualized feedback or help from Echo: (1) a pre-recorded video of feedback, or (2) a private training session on Zoom with Echo. please see above for details and links!

🧾 What is your refund policy?
You may request a refund for any reason within 14 days of purchase. If it's been more than 14 days, a refund will not be provided. As for the amount of the refund: a refund of the purchase price LESS 5% will be issued. The 5% fee accounts for the payment processor fee (which is not refunded to us) and the administrative work required to unenroll you and update our records.

⏳ How do I renew access for CAA?
We offer renewals at 50% off the current price of the course. CAA is currently $297, so the renewal price is only $150 (sweet! 🍭). You'll get another 9 months to access the course. You can purchase it any time (before or after your course expires). To purchase the 9-month renewal, please go to the last section in the course and look inside the lesson titled: “Need more time to complete the course?”.
